What are UCAT Deciles?
A decile is a tenth of the scorers of an exam.
The 1st decile indicates the top 10% of test-takers. The 10th decile indicates the bottom 10% of a test cohort.
Please see the table below for the UCAT deciles of the past seven years. Remember that a good score is dependent on each university - you must try to balance this with your other grades and work out which university is best for you and your grades.
Often when employing UCAT cut-off scores, universities such as Keele University may say “only UCAT third decile and above will be considered”.
