“Applying to UK medical schools from Canada felt overwhelming at first because there were so many differences compared with applications here. I thought the UK would be a better option for us as the Canadian system is so tough now. My doctor mentor explained every stage clearly, from UCAT…”
“I went for the Ultimate Package for Medicine because I wanted support throughout the whole application rather than just UCAT tutoring. It turned out to be the best decision I made. My doctor mentor helped me understand where my application was strong and where it needed work. My UCAT tutor…”
“The Ultimate Package gave me everything I needed. My UCAT tutor helped improve my score, my doctor mentor guided me through university choices and the interview tutoring was first class. I received offers from three UK medical schools.”

Your mentor is one of the qualified doctors or dentists on our team, matched by hand after you join, with UCAT and interview specialists teaching your 1-1 hours. These are the clinicians who lead the programme.
Dr Akash Gandhi
Founder & Lead Medicine Mentor
MBBS (Dist), MA (Cantab), MRCGP
Akash is an NHS GP and our founder. He received all four of his own offers to study medicine, graduated from Cambridge with a first class degree and from UCL with a distinction, and has mentored students through UK medical admissions since 2012. He leads the medicine mentors on the Ultimate Package.

UCC consultant, A&E registrar
Jonathan graduated in medicine from Oxford in 2018 and is now a UCC consultant and A&E registrar. Dr Shaneil Tanna

From payment to your first lesson, here is what happens and when. Your mentor is a qualified doctor or dentist who has been through the process and now sits on the other side of it.
Secure Stripe checkout. Choose one payment or three monthly card payments that end automatically after the third.
Emailed straight away. About three minutes: who the student is, where they are in the application, and what they have done so far, so the consultation starts from the real picture.
Matched by hand, usually within 48 hours. If a mentor was agreed when you enquired, that is who you hear from. They introduce themselves on WhatsApp.
A one-hour video call for the student and parents. Your mentor maps the whole year, names the gaps while there is time to fix them, and agrees how the hours will be spent.
Every lesson summary lands in the member portal for students and parents, and your mentor stays reachable on WhatsApp for the whole application. Compare all the tiers if you are still deciding.
Every stage of the application is supported by the mentor allocated to you, a qualified doctor or dentist, with specialist tutors teaching your 1-1 hours. It includes everything we offer, and everything you should need for a 2028 entry application, starting in Year 12.
A one-hour video call in Year 12 for you and your parents with your mentor, who is a qualified doctor or dentist. They map the whole year through to 2028 entry, name the gaps in your application while there is still time to fix them, and answer every question you both have.
Your package includes a block of 1-1 hours taught by specialist tutors, separate from your mentor. You decide where the hours go. Put them all into UCAT tutoring, split them across the year, or hold some back for interviews in winter 2027/28. You can add more hours later.
Your mentor, a qualified doctor or dentist
From now until June 2028
UCAT expert
Through your UCAT preparation, up to the day you sit it
Interview expert
Once the UCAT is done, through to your final interview
You and your mentor decide together when your UCAT preparation starts. Joining after your UCAT? Your hours go to interview coaching instead.
Your mentor shows you how to arrange placements and virtual experience through Year 12, and what “enough” work experience means for the schools on your list. Regular volunteering, free MOOCs, wider reading and an EPQ if you are doing one are planned in alongside, because your personal statement and interviews draw on them.
Five edits of your personal statement by qualified professionals over summer 2027, ahead of the 15 October 2027 UCAS deadline, plus our exclusive online guide. You keep reworking it until you and your mentor are both happy with it.
Our one-day UCAT course, the exclusive online UCAT guide, and 1-1 hours with a specialist UCAT tutor who scored in the top decile: slowly from January of Year 12, light through your May and June exams, then full intensity over the summer for a July to September 2027 test date.
Often the most valuable part of the package. Your mentor weighs your scores, your grades and your preferences and steers you to the universities where your application competes best.
1-1 interview coaching with a specialist interview tutor through winter 2027/28, mock panel and MMI circuits with live feedback, and access to our question and answer guide, written by qualified professionals and kept up to date through the season.
Your mentor is on hand by WhatsApp throughout the application, for you and for your parents. Your specialist tutors change with each stage, but your mentor stays the same from start to finish, so nobody has to explain your situation twice.
Your mentor builds a revision and application plan covering everything you have to complete, then keeps it current as your scores, grades and university shortlist change.
Deadlines, work experience, UCAT or SAQ preparation and interview practice, all in one place for students, parents and mentor.
Your mentor is reachable by WhatsApp throughout the application, for the student and for the parents.
If a university is a poor fit for your scores, your mentor says so early, while the shortlist can still change.
Each subject page carries its own tiers, mentors and the individual packages you can buy on their own.
Mentored by an NHS doctor, from the UCAT through to interviews.
Mentored by a dentist, with dentistry specific interviews and statements.
Mentored by a practising vet, built around work experience and the SAQs.
It is our complete application programme for 2028 entry. A qualified doctor or dentist is allocated to you as your mentor for the whole application year, from Year 12, and guides every stage: the initial consultation, work experience, the UCAT, your personal statement, university selection, interviews and mocks. On top of that you get a block of flexible 1-1 tutoring hours, taught by specialist tutors: a UCAT expert for the test and a separate interview expert for coaching and mocks.
Only the number of flexible 1-1 hours. Every tier is the same complete programme with the same mentoring, the same personal statement edits and the same guides. Choose the tier that matches how much 1-1 teaching you want.
Now, in Year 12, is the right time for 2028 entry. The UCAT starts slowly from January of Year 12, stays light through your May and June exams, then goes to full intensity over the summer for a July to September 2027 test date. Work experience, regular volunteering, free MOOCs, wider reading and an EPQ if you are doing one run alongside it all year. You write your personal statement over summer 2027, ahead of the 15 October 2027 UCAS deadline, and interviews run through winter 2027/28. You can join later in 2027 too, but starting in Year 12 lets you use the whole programme.
Yes. Every Ultimate Package can be paid in full or in three monthly card payments. The instalment plan ends automatically after the third payment and the total is the same as the advertised price.
Completely. You could spend the lot on UCAT preparation, hold it all back for interviews in winter 2027/28, or split it across the year as your application needs. Personal statement edits are included on top and do not use your hours.
One of the qualified doctors or dentists on our team, all of whom have taken students through UK admissions: a doctor for medicine, a dentist for dentistry. Your mentor is matched by hand after you join. Medicine mentoring is led by our founder Dr Akash and dentistry by Dr Sonal, and if you have already agreed a mentor with us, that is who you get.
The Ultimate Package is now for 2028 entry. If you applied for 2027 entry, your next step is interview preparation: medicine interview coaching and mock interviews, or dentistry interview coaching and mock interviews, are built for this stage.
Yes. The medicine and dentistry Ultimate Packages are the same programme and the same tiers. Dentistry applicants are mentored by a dentist and their personal statement, university choices and interview preparation are all dentistry specific. See the dentistry packages page for the full dentistry line-up.
Platinum suits families who want the most teaching we offer: 75 hours spread across the UCAT and a long interview season, with room for a mock interview for every university on the list. It is the tier most international families choose, because their applications carry extra work, fee-status shortlisting, time zones and unfamiliar interview formats, and it suits early starters who can spread lessons across two academic years.
We email you straight away with a short onboarding form, then match your mentor by hand and confirm them, usually within 48 hours. Your mentor gets in touch on WhatsApp to arrange the initial consultation, a one-hour video call for you and your parents that plans the whole year. Your tutoring hours are scheduled from there, at times that suit you.
We support students and parents from start to finish. Book a free consultation and we will tell you where your application stands and which package, if any, is worth paying for.

Ultimate Package students from our 2025/26 cycle, with their UCAT scores and offers, who trained with us for the UCAT, personal statements and interviews.
“Harry got my UCAT up to 2,590, working through the sections I kept dropping marks on week by week. Gemma then ran my interview practice so the MMI stations didn't catch me out, and Dr Akash mentored me the whole way through. I'm off to King's for Medicine.”
“The interview prep was the part that actually moved the needle. Proper mock MMIs, not just lists of questions, and feedback that was honest about what I was getting wrong. I ended up with four offers and firmed UCL.”
“The Ultimate Package kept me organised from UCAT through to interviews. They knew what dental schools actually ask and tightened up my personal statement. Four offers in the end, and I'm going to Birmingham.”
“Vet applications come down to the written SAQs as much as the interview. Dr Rebecca went through my SAQs line by line, sharpened my answers and prepped me for the panels. I came away with four offers and chose the RVC.”
