Best for 2027 and 2028 entry
One programme, one doctor, the whole application. Your mentor plans your year at an initial consultation, then guides you and your parents through every stage, with 1-1 tutoring hours you can spend flexibly on the UCAT, your personal statement or interviews. Every tier includes the same full programme: the only difference is the number of tutoring hours.
Stage 1
A one-hour video consultation for you and your parents with your doctor mentor. Every question answered, from the UCAT and work experience to wider reading and volunteering, and your bespoke programme for the year created.
Stage 2
1-1 UCAT tutoring until your exam, our one-day UCAT course run by qualified doctors, and exclusive strategy guides for every subtest.
Stage 3
Five edits of your personal statement, tailored to your chosen universities until it is right, plus our exclusive online guide.
Stage 4
Strategic help choosing where your scores compete best, direct from your doctor. Applying to Oxbridge? Oxbridge graduates help you pick colleges and tailor your application.
Stage 5
1-1 interview coaching until your interviews, our 500+ question MMI and panel guide updated weekly, and mock interviews tailored to each university on your list.
Stage 6
Your mentor stays on hand throughout the year to answer questions, check progress and keep you and your parents in the loop. Students tell us this is the part that matters most.
Every tier is the complete Ultimate Medicine Package. The only difference between tiers is the number of flexible 1-1 hours.

Choose PlatinumHours are completely flexible: split them across UCAT, personal statement and interview tutoring however suits you, and decide as the year unfolds. Already sat the UCAT? No problem: every hour can go on interview coaching and mocks instead, with your mentor still covering the personal statement, university choices and the whole interview season. More hours can be added later, though a bigger package now is better value.

Families in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Toronto, Mumbai and Sydney use exactly the same Ultimate Package, with the parts of the process that differ for international applicants built into the plan: fee-status university shortlisting, time-zone scheduling, curriculum equivalences and a UCAT or UCAT ANZ score that may already be banked.
Shortlisting on fee status
International places are capped at most schools, so your doctor mentor shortlists where your grades, UCAT and passport actually compete.
Your time zone, not ours
Sessions run in UK mornings for Asia-Pacific, afternoons for the Gulf and India, evenings for Canada and the US.
Already sat the UCAT?
Many international students join after their result. Every hour then goes on university choice, the statement and interviews.
Pay in full or in three
Every tier can be paid in full or in three monthly card payments, with the total unchanged.
“Applying to UK medical schools from abroad felt overwhelming, but TheUKCATPeople made everything clear. The team helped my son select the right universities that allowed my son to come back to Hong Kong to work as a doctor was important and they helped to craft and refine his personal statement, and prepare for his interviews with tailored mock sessions. Having Dr Akash as his mentor was invaluable, and the guidance on the UCAT was excellent. He is now starting at UCL, and we are so grateful.”
Ultimate Package students are personally mentored by a qualified clinician who has been through the process and now sits on the other side of it.
Founder & Lead Medicine Mentor
Akash is an NHS GP and our founder. He received all four of his own offers to study medicine, graduated from Cambridge with a first class degree and from UCL with a distinction, and has mentored students through UK medical admissions since 2012. Every component of the Ultimate Package is available on its own, taught by the same team. Start with one service and upgrade later if you want a doctor mentoring you across the whole application.

Both routes use the same tutors. The difference is the qualified doctor mentoring you from start to finish.
Lesson frequency and times fit around your schedule, not ours.
Sessions focus on high-yield topics and your biggest weaknesses.
Spare hours move freely between UCAT, personal statement and interview tutoring.
Not the right tutor after your first hour? We will change your tutor, no problem, or refund your remaining hours. For Ultimate Packages, see our product terms.
Only the number of flexible 1-1 tutoring hours. Every tier includes the same full programme: doctor mentoring, the initial consultation, UCAT course and guides, five personal statement edits, university selection and interview preparation.
In the Silver 35-hour package, for example, you might spend 20 hours on the UCAT and 15 on interviews. It is completely flexible, you do not need to decide how to use the hours when you purchase, and more hours can be added later.
Only the Ultimate Package includes mentoring from a qualified doctor throughout the year, the initial consultation to plan your whole application, and bespoke university selection advice. Individual packages cover a single stage, such as UCAT tutoring or interview coaching, with no mentor joining the stages up.
If you want support across more than one stage, the Ultimate Package also works out cheaper than buying each service separately.
By far our most common package is Gold, with 50 hours: it allows ample time for the UCAT, personal statement and interviews without rationing. Bronze suits students who mainly want the mentoring and strategy, and Platinum suits students starting early or aiming for top-decile UCAT scores alongside full interview preparation.
Yes, and many students join at exactly this point. If your UCAT is done, none of your hours need to go on it: put all of them into 1-1 interview coaching and mock interviews, no problem. Your doctor mentor still runs the rest of the year, editing your personal statement, choosing universities around your actual UCAT score and preparing you for every interview. Bronze with all 20 hours on interviews is a popular choice here, and the bigger tiers simply give you more interview practice.
Absolutely, we will do whatever it takes to help you win a place. Be aware that adding hours later is more expensive than choosing a bigger package at the start.
The earlier the better. Starting around a year before you apply leaves time to plan work experience, volunteering and wider reading properly, then peak for the UCAT and interviews. That said, students join us at every point in the cycle, right up to August of the application year, with great success.
Yes, purchasing online enrols you on the programme. We will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange your initial consultation, your mentor creates your personalised programme, and tutoring begins when it suits you.
A qualified doctor. Medicine mentoring is led by Dr Akash Gandhi, an NHS GP and our founder, and Ultimate Package students are mentored personally by a doctor on our team, supported by specialist UCAT, personal statement and interview tutors. You can meet the team here.
Yes. Everything runs online, we schedule around your time zone, and the programme is regularly used by international, gap year, reapplicant and graduate entry medicine students. Your mentor folds the extra considerations, from fee status to university shortlisting, into your plan. International applicants have their own page covering curricula, time zones and UCAT ANZ.

Ultimate Package students from our 2025/26 cycle, with their UCAT scores and offers, who trained with us for the UCAT, personal statements and interviews.
“Harry got my UCAT up to 2,590, working through the sections I kept dropping marks on week by week. Gemma then ran my interview practice so the MMI stations didn't catch me out, and Dr Akash mentored me the whole way through. I'm off to King's for Medicine.”
“The interview prep was the part that actually moved the needle. Proper mock MMIs, not just lists of questions, and feedback that was honest about what I was getting wrong. I ended up with four offers and firmed UCL.”
“The Ultimate Package kept me organised from UCAT through to interviews. They knew what dental schools actually ask and tightened up my personal statement. Four offers in the end, and I'm going to Birmingham.”
“Vet applications come down to the written SAQs as much as the interview. Dr Rebecca went through my SAQs line by line, sharpened my answers and prepped me for the panels. I came away with four offers and chose the RVC.”
