From payment to your first lesson, here is what happens and when. Your mentor is a qualified doctor or dentist who has been through the process and now sits on the other side of it.
Secure Stripe checkout. Choose one payment or three monthly card payments that end automatically after the third.
Emailed straight away. About three minutes: who the student is, where they are in the application, and what they have done so far, so the consultation starts from the real picture.
Matched by hand, usually within 48 hours. If a mentor was agreed when you enquired, that is who you hear from. They introduce themselves on WhatsApp.
A one-hour video call for the student and parents. Your mentor maps the whole year, names the gaps while there is time to fix them, and agrees how the hours will be spent.
Every lesson summary lands in the member portal for students and parents, and your mentor stays reachable on WhatsApp for the whole application. Compare all the tiers if you are still deciding.

Most families join about a year before applying, which gives the mentor room to plan work experience and preparation properly. We do accept students up to August of the application year and they do well, but the earlier you start, the more of the programme you can use.
Yes. Every Ultimate Package can be paid in full or in three monthly card payments. The instalment plan ends automatically after the third payment and the total is the same as the advertised price.
Completely. You could spend the lot on UCAT preparation, hold it all back for interview season, or split it across the year as your application needs. If you have already sat the UCAT, put every hour into interview coaching and mocks, no problem. Personal statement edits are included on top and do not use your hours.
One of the qualified doctors or dentists on our team, all of whom have taken students through UK admissions: a doctor for medicine, a dentist for dentistry. Your mentor is matched by hand after you join. Medicine mentoring is led by our founder Dr Akash and dentistry by Dr Sonal, and if you have already agreed a mentor with us, that is who you get.
Then none of your hours need to go on it. Many students join after their UCAT and put every hour into 1-1 interview coaching and mock interviews, no problem. Your mentor still covers the rest of the year: personal statement edits, university selection around your actual UCAT score and the whole interview season. Bronze with all 20 hours on interviews is a popular choice at this stage, and the bigger tiers simply give you more interview practice.

Dentistry applicants are mentored by a dentist and their personal statement, university choices and interview preparation are all dentistry specific. Bronze is the same complete programme as every other tier: doctor or dentist mentoring all year, the initial consultation, the UCAT course and guides, five personal statement edits, university selection and interview preparation. The 20 hours are the 1-1 teaching on top. It suits students who want the mentor steering the year and a focused block of coaching, especially if the UCAT is already behind them. If you find you want more, hours can be added later, though a bigger tier now is better value.
We email you straight away with a short onboarding form, then match your mentor by hand and confirm them, usually within 48 hours. Your mentor gets in touch on WhatsApp to arrange the initial consultation, a one-hour video call for you and your parents that plans the whole year.
