Access runs until 31 May 2027, around 7 months from the day it is set up, so it covers the whole of this application cycle: every invitation, every interview and the reserve-list weeks after them, rather than one crammed fortnight.

That date follows the year you start university, not the date you buy: applying for 2028 entry rather than 2027 means access runs to 31 May 2028 instead. Early starters are not penalised for buying early.

The 14 days you may have seen elsewhere are two different things: the 14-day cancellation window that applies to any online purchase, and the 14 days of guide access included free with a place on one of our one-day interview courses. Buying the guide itself is not a fortnight's access.

The guide is updated as new questions are reported through the season and you see the updates as they land. It is licensed to the student personally until 31 May 2027, and every page is watermarked to their account.

Yes. Every 1-1 interview coaching package (10, 20 or 30 hours) includes the subject-matched guide free, worth £349. So if you are considering coaching too, buy the coaching package rather than the guide on its own: the guide comes with it at no extra cost.

Yes. The form after checkout asks for a parent email if you want one, which gives parents their own sign-in and their own view of the guide and the student's progress through it. It is optional, and you can add it later.

No. It lives online in our member portal, which is why it can be updated through the interview season and why your self-ratings build a review queue of the questions you found hardest. It works on a phone, tablet or laptop.

You have 14 days from purchase to cancel, and if the guide has not been accessed you get a full refund. Once it has been opened it is an accessed digital resource, and our product terms set the deduction for that at the guide's own price of £349, so an opened guide cannot be refunded.
