Who this tier suits
Most families: enough hours for the SJT, the SAQs and a full interview season
Students who want regular lessons through the year rather than a short burst
Anyone applying to several vet schools with different interview formats
“Applying for Veterinary Medicine felt overwhelming because there are so many extra parts compared with other courses. My vet mentor helped with my SAQs, personal statement and interview preparation. The feedback was incredibly detailed and I ended up receiving interviews everywhere I applied.”

After you pay
How onboarding and your mentor work
From payment to your first lesson, here is what happens and when. Your mentor is a qualified vet who has been through the process and now sits on the other side of it.
1. Pay, in full or in three
Secure Stripe checkout. Choose one payment or three monthly card payments that end automatically after the third.
2. A short onboarding form
Emailed straight away. About three minutes: who the student is, where they are in the application, and what they have done so far, so the consultation starts from the real picture.
3. Your mentor is confirmed
Matched by hand, usually within 48 hours. If a mentor was agreed when you enquired, that is who you hear from. They introduce themselves on WhatsApp.
4. The initial consultation
A one-hour video call for the student and parents. Your mentor maps the whole year, names the gaps while there is time to fix them, and agrees how the hours will be spent.
Every lesson summary lands in the member portal for students and parents, and your mentor stays reachable on WhatsApp for the whole application. Compare all the tiers if you are still deciding.
What is included
What does the Ultimate Package include?
Every stage of the application is supported by the mentor allocated to you, a qualified vet. It includes everything we offer, and everything you should need for your application, whether you are in Year 11, 12 or 13.
1. Initial consultation
A one-hour video call for you and your parents with your mentor, who is a qualified vet. They map the whole year, name the gaps in your application while there is still time to fix them, and answer every question you both have.
2. Flexible 1-1 hours
Your package includes a block of 1-1 hours with our subject experts, and you decide where they go. Put them all into interview coaching, split them across the year, or hold some back for interview season. You can add more hours later.
3. Work experience
Your mentor shows you how to arrange placements and virtual experience, and tells you plainly what “enough” work experience really means, so you stop guessing and start reflecting on what you have seen.
4. Personal statement
Five edits of your personal statement by qualified professionals, plus our exclusive online guide. You keep reworking it until you and your mentor are both happy with it.
5. SAQs and SJTs
The written SAQs some vet schools send after your UCAS form are scored, and they often decide who is interviewed. We review and edit your answers for every university on your list.
6. Strategic university selection
Often the most valuable part of the package. Your mentor weighs your scores, your grades and your preferences and steers you to the universities where your application competes best.
7. Interviews and mocks
1-1 interview coaching, mock panel and MMI circuits with live feedback, and access to our question and answer guide, written by qualified professionals and kept up to date through the season.
8. Support all year
Your mentor is on hand by WhatsApp throughout the application, for you and for your parents. Same person, start to finish, so nobody has to explain your situation twice.
Want more hours?
The same programme with more 1-1 hours
Every tier is the complete programme. The only difference between them is the number of flexible 1-1 hours included.
Your mentor builds a revision and application plan covering everything you have to complete, then keeps it current as your scores, grades and university shortlist change.
One plan, kept current
Deadlines, work experience, UCAT or SAQ preparation and interview practice, all in one place for students, parents and mentor.
Answers when you need them
Your mentor is reachable by WhatsApp throughout the application, for the student and for the parents.
Honest steering
If a university is a poor fit for your scores, your mentor says so early, while the shortlist can still change.

Ultimate Packages by subject
Each subject page carries its own tiers, mentors and the individual packages you can buy on their own.
Medicine packages
Mentored by an NHS doctor, from the UCAT through to interviews.
It is our complete vet school application programme. A practising vet is allocated to you as your mentor for the whole application year and covers every stage: work experience, the SAQs, your personal statement, vet school selection, interviews and mocks. On top of that you get a block of flexible 1-1 tutoring hours to spend wherever you need them.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Only the number of flexible 1-1 hours. Every tier is the same complete programme with the same mentoring, the same personal statement edits and the same guides. Choose the tier that matches how much 1-1 teaching you want.
When should we join?
Most families join about a year before applying, which gives the mentor room to plan work experience and preparation properly. We do accept students up to August of the application year and they do well, but the earlier you start, the more of the programme you can use.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. Every Ultimate Package can be paid in full or in three monthly card payments. The instalment plan ends automatically after the third payment and the total is the same as the advertised price.
Are the hours flexible?
Completely. You could put three hours into the SJT and the rest into interview preparation, or spread them across the SAQ and interviews as the year unfolds. Personal statement edits are included on top and do not use your hours.
Who will my mentor be?
One of the practising veterinary surgeons on our team, all of whom have taken students through vet school admissions. Your mentor is matched by hand after you join, and the programme is led by Dr Rebecca Massie MRCVS. If you have already agreed a mentor with us, that is who you get.
Why is the 20-hour package the most common choice?
Because 20 hours covers a vet application without rationing: a few hours on the SJT and SAQs, then a full interview season with mock interviews for each format you face and feedback between them. Personal statement edits are included on top and do not use your hours.
What happens straight after we pay?
We email you straight away with a short onboarding form, then confirm your vet mentor, usually within 48 hours. Your mentor gets in touch on WhatsApp to arrange the initial consultation, a one-hour video call for you and your parents that plans the whole year: work experience, the SAQs, your personal statement, vet school choices and interviews. Your tutoring hours are scheduled from there.

“Harry got my UCAT up to 2,590, working through the sections I kept dropping marks on week by week. Gemma then ran my interview practice so the MMI stations didn't catch me out, and Dr Akash mentored me the whole way through. I'm off to King's for Medicine.”
