Once your details are in we match a tutor and book the first session, usually within 2 working days. If you have a mock or a resit close by, say so on the form and we will prioritise it.
No. The hours are yours to use at the pace that suits the student, and we schedule around school, mocks and UCAT preparation. Most families run weekly and step up in the run-up to exams.
Yes. The larger packages are often split across two subjects, for example biology and chemistry. Tell us on the form and we will either match one tutor who covers both or pair you with two, keeping the same tutor per subject throughout.
Yes. Every lesson summary is saved to your online dashboard, which both students and parents can see, so you can follow exactly what was covered and what was set as homework.
It is the same team and the same standard, but a separate service. A-level tutoring is subject teaching. If you also need admissions support, our UCAT tutoring, personal statement reviews and interview coaching are sold separately, and the Ultimate Package combines all of them with a doctor mentor.
Yes. Families regularly top up, especially between mocks and finals. Just tell your tutor or our team and we will add the hours and keep the same tutor for continuity.
